Everyone loves to see their bank accounts grow; it is the American dream at its best. This little diamond in the rough was originally purchased for $29,000. After we took out the trash, cleansed what remained, then rebuilt on that with $12,000 in materials, and $16,000 in labor, this house recouped $5,000 through rent for a few months, then sold for $107,000.

When we received the Job Scope, it said to contract a roofer to replace the roof-as the master bath ceiling caved in, R&R kitchen cabinets, paint install flooring, and overall cleansing. But as you’ll see in the following pictures, we were given a lot more than we bargained for.
